Refunds and Buyer's Remorse Guidelines

If you Purchased a VPS and decided that you do not like it for any Reason, you may follow these Guidelines to Determine your Best Course of Action

 

If you are within 7 Days of Purchase

  • A Full Refund will be processed for you provided you Open a Ticket and Request a Refund and Cancellation
  • The Cancellation will be Immediate, ensure all Files are transferred from the VPS as they will not be Recoverable
  • If you Request a Cancellation but do not Request a Refund for the Amount, the Cancellation will follow Regular Procedure of Terminating at the end of the Billing period

 

If you are outside of 7 Days of Purchase

  • There is no Refund surpassing 7 Days of Service
  • The Cancellation will be at the End of the Current Billing Cycle, your Payment method will not be Charged further
  • The VPS will Remain Active for this time and will be Rendered Available for you to use

 

If you Purchased the Wrong VPS Package within 7 Days of Purchase

  • Create a Ticket Regarding the VPS Package you Wish to have
  • A Credit will be issued to your Account for the Full Amount of your Previous Package
  • You will then be able to Purchase the Proper Package, the Credit on the Account will cover a Portion or All of the Invoice

 

If your VPS has been Terminated due to Abuse, Fraud, or any other Reason deemed unethical

  • No Refund is given for this Reason as Standard
  • Your Account details will be provided to a 3rd party Reporting Service for Fraud/Illegal/Unethical Activities to warn other Hosting Companies about you
  • If you file Dispute you will be blacklisted from any further Services, and any account in the future found to be you will be Terminated without Refund
